Amirev provides bioinformatics-based data analysis and health advocacy services. This includes, but is not limited to, the programmatic analysis of functional laboratory data, microbiome sequencing results, and other health-related datasets, as well as assistance in communicating findings to medical professionals.

Amirev is not a medical practice. Volodymyr Napadovskyi is not a licensed physician, nurse, dietitian, or any other regulated healthcare professional. Nothing in our services constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our services are informational and analytical in nature only.

You must not rely on any information or analysis provided by Amirev as a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified and licensed healthcare professional before making any decisions about your health, medications, supplements, or treatment plans.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to engage our services. By proceeding, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to decline services to anyone at our discretion.

4. Engagement and payment

The scope, duration, and cost of services are agreed upon individually prior to commencement. A written summary of the agreed scope will be provided before any fees are charged. Fees are due as agreed; we reserve the right to pause work in the event of outstanding payment.

Discovery calls are provided free of charge and do not constitute the commencement of a paid engagement.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information to enable effective analysis.
• Use the outputs of our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Not share, resell, or distribute any analysis, report, or findings we provide without our prior written consent.
• Continue working with your own licensed medical professionals and not rely solely on our analysis for health decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Amirev shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or our services, including but not limited to any health outcomes, decisions made based on our analysis, or reliance on information provided.

Our total liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to Amirev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports and analyses produced for you are provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish them without our prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality

We treat all health data and personal information you share with us as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, or as necessary to provide the service (e.g. scheduling tools), or with your explicit consent.

9. Cancellation

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be invoiced for the portion of work completed. Discovery calls may be cancelled or rescheduled at any time at no charge.

10. Governing law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the website or our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
